ORDERING MINTS ONLINE

We offer secure ordering online and acknowledge all orders by email within 24 hours. When ordering sports mints online, you can choose to pay by personal or business check, or use a major credit card. With Visa, AmericanExpress, Discover or MasterCard, you will receive an IMMEDIATE ORDER CONFIRMATION.

ORDERING SPORTS MINTS BY PHONE, FAX OR EMAIL

If you order sports mints by phone, fax or email, we will send you an Order Confirmation by email. We do this to make sure we understand which college team mint you want, whether we're providing custom printed mints or mints in stock design wrappers, when you need your mints and where we will ship your order. It is important that you review this Confirmation, since this represents our understanding of your Order. Production will begin after we receive cleared funds via major credit card or check.

MINIMUM ORDER

The minimum order is 1 case.

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS, LARGER QUANTITY & CUSTOM QUOTES

We offer volume pricing (quantity discounts) when ordering more than one case of the same college team logo. If you require quantities greater than shown, please call us Toll Free 1-888-278-7811 and we will promptly provide a written Quotation.

EVENTS AND YOUR IN-HANDS DATE

If you are ordering Sports Mints for an upcoming event, it is very important that you let us know the date of your event. When ordering online, we have a field set up just for this. Knowing your Event Date helps us get your sports mints to you when you need them.

PRODUCTION TIME

Your sports mints are ready to ship within 6 business days of ordering. We do offer 4 day rush production for an additional charge.

RUSH SERVICE WITHIN 4 DAYS

With Rush Service, we can produce your sports mints order within 4 business days. Rush Service applies to production (not shipping), so if you require expedited freight, please let us know.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Additional charges are charges over and above the listed Item price and are associated with rush service, split shipments and changes to orders already in production.
  • Rush Service: Add $35.
  • Order Changes: $30 after Order Confirmation.
  • Split Shipments: $5 per address.

TERMS

All orders require payment prior to production. We will accept your personal check, your business check or major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). We do not offer credit or invoicing.

Your credit card statement will read, "Food Gift Gourmet."


CHANGES TO ORDERS IN PRODUCTION

Changes to orders already in production will probably result in delayed shipment and may require additional charges. All changes to orders must be in writing. If you need to make a change, please call us first (1-888-278-7811) and then request the change via Fax (1-866-251-5616) or Email (sportsmints@gmail.com).

ORDER CHANGES: CHARGES

The charge for changing an order that is in production is $30, plus the cost of any work that must be redone (for example, changes to team logo). This includes changes in quantity, method of shipping, ship date, address, item, or imprint. We cannot make changes to orders within 48 hours of shipment.

SHIPPING & FREIGHT TERMS

All orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested.

All freight charges and applicable duty and taxes are extra. Title of goods passes to you, our Customer, at the time the merchandise is assigned to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or damages in route. Foreign Shipments excluding Canada add $45.00 per shipment.

USING YOUR UPS OR FEDEX ACCOUNT

Please let us know if you would like to ship your order using your UPS or FedEx account. You must provide your account number when you place your Order.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Yes, we offer Split Shipments. If you would like us to ship to mutiple locations (like your place of business and the hotel you are staying in for your upcoming tradeshow), please let us know via Telephone or Email. Please add $5.00 per address plus shipping charges.

DAMAGES / LOSS CLAIMS

You should inspect your Order upon arrival and notify us immediately if there is a problem. Any complaint must be made in writing within 5 days of delivery. No merchandise may be returned without an authorization in writing. All claims for goods damaged in transit or for delayed delivery must be filed by the recipient with the carrier upon receipt. We are not responsible for common carrier mistakes.

LIABILITY

Food Gift Gourmet's liability is limited to credit or replacement of any portion of a shipment and shall, in no case, exceed the amount charged for goods.
